This Toro is quite persistent! Right from the beginning, it displays skill, initially presenting flavors of roasted hazelnuts. Then, the somewhat honeyed profile gradually transitions to more woody notes, evolving into a leathery aroma. In the final third, its "animal" nature fully emerges and nearly rebels.
