The Montecristo Edmundo cigar, a sizable Robusto known for its elegance, features an oily wrapper with a woody scent. Once lit, it reveals a delightful vitola with a soft heart and excellent draw. The roundness is noticeable, and the smoke is oily with spicy pepper notes and a grassy undertone. In the second third, the moist woodsiness is complemented by fern and mushroom. The finish is flawless, full of depth and warmth. The Edmundo is well-balanced, calm, and comforting.
