Shipping and returns

Minimum order

Orders start at CHF 220. Below that we cannot pack and ship economically, and you are better off buying single cigars over the counter — which we are glad to sell you, with no minimum, at the shop.

Your saved selection shows the running total and tells you how much is still needed.

Delivery

We send within Switzerland by Swiss Post priority, which normally arrives within one to two working days. Delivery is free — since the minimum order is CHF 220, every order qualifies.

Orders are packed in a sealed pouch with a Boveda two-way humidity pack, which holds the cigars near 72% relative humidity for around three weeks — comfortably longer than any domestic delivery takes.

You can also collect from the shop at no charge. Say so when you order and we will put it aside.

Returns

Unopened boxes can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, and return postage is on us. Send them back in their original packaging with the seals intact.

Opened boxes and single cigars cannot be returned once they have left the humidor, because we have no way to know how they have been stored since. If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, that is a different matter — call us and we will replace it.

Age

Tobacco is sold to adults aged 18 and over only. Deliveries may require proof of age on receipt.
